| It's been a while.... | 2011 02 07 05:15 pm | No idea if any of the old crew still reads these boards, from what i can see, some do, but I'm wanting to put together a game at my place in woolloomooloo next week. Maybe tuesday 15th or wednesday 16th of February. Game will be 200NL Holdem and probably some omaha or whatever else we decide to throw in based on who comes. | Its been a while - and Vegas trip | 2009 01 14 03:31 pm | Hi all, Been a while since I've been on here but I thought it may be a good place to enlist some help from those who wish to give it.. I'm hitting up vegas for 3 nights on feb 26-march 1 this year. After extensive and painful internet searching and speaking to a few travel agents i am choosing between: -planet hollywood hotel (middle of strip location, apparently new, nice rooms, great reviews and travel agents pick) -bellagio (obviously good but apparently they know it and service aint great) -The new Encore Wynn property (good but furrther from main part of strip) would love some people to give me their thoughts on hotels in Vegas or link to past threads discussing it. Secondly, Would love to know where people recommend playing NL (I'm happy playing 200-500 USD buyin games and would obviously like soft games).. Thanks in advance.. |
| Intercasino come through | 2008 08 30 11:02 am | I have not posted on this forum for a long time but I thought it was worthwhile to let everyone know this. A while back, intercasino offered a free flight to New York offer that Yoyo alerted the people on this forum to. I ended up being awarded the trip but unfortunately had the unpleasant experience of dealing with the company they chose to fulfil the offer (TLC Marketing or someone). Whilst, it has taken hundreds of emails between myself and a man by the name of Ryan Hartley at Intercasino, he eventually managed to convince them not not only reply to me but not to offer a trip to New York via 5 of the worlds major cities and eventually organise a direct flight for the meagre sum of $600 in tax (originally $1500 in taxes was offered until intercasino offfered TLC Marketing a greater subsidy). My purpose here is to let everyone know that Intercasino is, as yoyo initially stated, a solid company who stands behind their word. |
