Thankyou for your Kind comments ..

    FOOD FOR THOUGHT
..Given the No of professional poker players from Perth who have made a VERY successful transition to pro poker playing...i could mention many but just a few would include Jay, Jarrod, Sal, Peter P, Han , Bernard, Vesko, Nino, first Australian Pokerstars Sunday Millions winner (Max V--semi retired?? eating up around the world under the pretense of work), Dylan (whiterabbito) and also can we claim Benn S and Jeff Lisandro?..not to also mention supposedly the best omaha player in Aus Matt K..he would certainly be one of the highest stakes players ....per capita we must have both some of the best and worst players then in Australia.

Forgive me if i left some well known players out....i am out of the loop per se now....Playing is so much better than managing :P

Bear...Slowly learning to raise most buttons now o.O

I decided to play the 2/5 300 max buy in.

    My buy in: $100
First hand I got dealt pocket queens. Under the gun I raised to $30. Next guy shoves all in for about $120. Then there is this blonde girl who calls. Obviously I call all in I didn't put them on any pocket pair, maybe ace king.
Flop comes out Ace, 10, 4, 3, ace. Guy mucks the blonde girl shows Ace 8 of spades?!?!

    What do you think?
My opinion is that she is a fucking bad player ( sorry to swear but I was truly pissed off at the call. She called a guy who raised then other guy re-raises all in. Just doesn't make any sense to call with ace 8 of spades?!?!

I asked her why she called a all in with ace eight of spades with one other person to act. She said you had $70 behind. ''They were suited'' Honestly speaking that has got to be the most retarded thing I have heard.

    What is your opinion?
    No trolls please.
Given your " stack " , I reckon it was a fair enough gamble she took.

I'd worry less about how "fucking bad" other players are and think more about the lack of impact and respect you'll receive with a $100 buy-in.

Well everyone else I know that has played with her all say she is an absolute idiot. On that note, it is burswood... there are no such things as 2k+ stacks. Max is $300 min is $50. Highest stack I have seen is $400 at most? No where near the 1k mark. So $100 is short stack but still calling 1/3 of her stack = ?? with a suited ace/8.. I wouldn't have done that.

I don't play cash very often but sitting down with 2/5 with a $100 is lol for starters before going any further.
