He's in the wrong because it was completely outside the spirit of the game, Jacky got him to put all his chips in the middle (effectively) with the worse hand, he realised he's drawing dead and makes some issue about Jacky exposing his hand when he's still got 2500 chips left into a 100k plus pot? Complete douchory, no other way to describe it.
