Is this an official rule? Would be interested to hear if it's left up to the TD's descretion or is dealt with specifically in a rule book.

One thing that irks me about rules left upto TD's descretion is that a certain casino in this country treats it's regs who play in large tournament series completely different to how it treats the rest of it's 'unknown' player base... I
