Do you have any idea who FIDPA is? As I said, it is doubtful that anything will come of it or even any sanctions arising.
My organisation is not even endorsed by FIDPA. I am simply passing on news.
And you can ask anyone here; I don't use this forum as a tool to grow my business or damage others, I'm here because I enjoy poker and reading this forum.
I do think that steps should be taken to ensure this type of scenario never occurs again.
