I am to the understanding having spoken with Jacky that this statement is incorrect. But who am I to say? Richard from NPL called me this morning and said that I am wrong and their statement is correct... So I wait to hear a public announcement Jacky plans to make very soon... And as advised to Richard I would be more than happy to 'eat my words and post a positive blog piece for NPL' if in fact it is all sorted!
