Dream Job Australia Finalist - Vote for Garth Bailo (GADZOOOX Tournament ID 257545678)Hi everyone!I qualified as one of the ten finalists for the Dream Job Australia. You will probably see a few similar posts from other finalists. If you play at PokerStars I would very much appreciate it if you could vote for me. Voting is now open - There is a tournament under my name under 'Tourney' 'Regional', all you have to do is register for my tournament and that counts as a vote for me.My name is Garth Bailo, I'm 26 and from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Last year I lived in Brisbane working in the financial planning industry but I've recently relocated to the coast and currently looking for work in the same field. I enjoy golf (play off 2 handicap), music, surf, fishing, movies, basically all sports, meeting new people and spending time with family & friends.I first became interested in poker when Joe Hachem won the 2005 WSOP Main Event, from then I learnt the game just by watching poker on TV, playing at the casino and playing home games with mates. Read the book, ‘Winning Poker Tournaments One Hand at a Time’ by Eric “Rizen” Lynch, Jon “apestyles” Van Fleet and Jon “PearlJammer” Turner which helped me greatly.Feel free to check out my stats at:http://www.officialpokerrankings.com/pokerstars/GADZOOOX/poker/results/6A4FA121324E41E98AF1B3EF64C1A088.html?t=2And at:http://www.pocketfives.com/profiles/GADZOOOXHere's three of my best finishes of late:$11 buy-in, $11 NL Hold'em [$8,000 guaranteed] on PokerStars. 14/02/2010, 1st place for $2,460.06$33 buy-in,$33 NL Hold'em [$10,000 guaranteed] on PokerStars. 18/02/2010, 3rd place for $1,752.00$28 buy-in, $27.50 NL Hold'em [$25,000 guaranteed] on PokerStars. 31/01/2010, 7th place for $1,033.42I know I haven't got that many online tourneys under my belt as yet, but I've been playing socially for five years now, thoroughly enjoy the game, when I play I'm very dedicated and focussed on achieving the best possible results. Never give up. I would absolutely love to play poker professionally! Would be great if you could help!I can usually be found playing in the $33 tourneys at night (Australian time) on PokerStars. If there's anything else you would like to know about me before voting, let me know. Thanks everyone, goodluck at the tables!
