25-50, 50-100, 100-200, break for 15 mins,200-400, 300-600, 400-800, 500-1000 break 20 mins, 1000-2000, 2000-4000,3000-6000, 4000-8000 break 15 mins, 5000-10000, 10000-20000, 20000-40000,30000-60000 break 10 mins, 40000-80000, 50000-100000 etc�.
