$25,000 GTD - $200 Entry - May 6th

It's that time again when we host our quarterly "East Coast Poker Championship" which is guaranteed at $25,000 as normal. The game is on Sunday May 6th at noon (11am rego) and has late entry until 1:30pm. Tournament conditions are as follows;

Where: Mayfield Ddiggers - Hanbury St Mayfield (Newcastle).
Entry: $200 ($180 + $20)
Chips: 25,000
Blinds: 25 minutes
Prizes: $25k total pool with a minimum of $10k for 1st place

For anyone who wishes to make a weekend out of it we also have a $2,000 2 person teams event on Saturday night where the winning team will gain FREE entry on Sunday. More info on this can be found here.

We are pleased to announce that this event will receive live reporting from our good friends at Poker Media Australia.

Sorry about the late notice guys but we hope to see a few Sydney siders make the trip once again!

I must have been at a different game as it looked nothing like 166 runners and there was no announcement that the prize pool was above the $25k GTD.

Still a well ran game although the numbers from Port seem to be dropping each game.

The prize pool may have been announced but if it was many of us did not hear it and if it was displayed on the time clock it must have been very small as i did not see it, although my sight is not what it once was

As I said, it was a very well ran event but the numbers surprised me as they seemed down on last quarter. This may simply have been the numbers seemingly being down from Port and Taree and this factored into my opinion of the over all numbers.
