Whos going to Adelaide Champs? Rough Idea on numbers?

Hi Rick,

I have received plenty of calls from interstate players just in the last couple of days - a few big names have already confirmed they are coming over.

Still several of the bigger satellites are still to be played in the Poker Zone over the next week - these will generate plenty of entrants as many people have already won entry into them. We have already generated around 50 via the Poker Zone. Many (virtually all) of the local Poker leagues have been satelliting for this event - their support has been unprecedented!

Additionally, many of our regular tournament players have indicated they will be buying in directly - as will no doubt many interstaters.

Many thanks to PokerStars.net and Danny McDonagh for supporting this event - PokerStars generated a fantastic 15 entrants online!

The Adelaide champs should be good the 2009 Aussie mills champ Stewart Scott is coming down as is 2010 Adelaide Anzpt winner Rennie Carnevale not to mention Some of Australias sickest online grinders like MonsterDong and Big bad Ben Delaney just to mention a few.

I was just trying to get some LOLS at the expense of the CNT_CRUSHER by inventing some new name for one of Australias finest players and also get on the hype machine for the Adelaide Champs.
