 Live Satellite Exploit?
Not a huge one, but near the bubble in a live satellite yesterday - when skipping blinds makes quite a difference - our table broke. I was busy daydreaming and was last to pick a card. There was no card. I spent several minutes ho-humming on an empty table while others were playing hands and the TD ran around trying to find the missing card.
Kind of like stalling only more effective... Anyway, for future reference it doesn't hurt to be the last person to grab a card.

Yeah + when you find what table you are, take your time getting there, and if you can do it, fade the big blind by wandering around. Bad sportmanship? Maybe, but meh.
