DefaultMulti-entry tournaments now on FTP

Feels like in 10 years normal poker wont even exist on the interwebs.

FTOPs have it too, going to be interesting.

Edit: One of them is a rush tournament, so what's the point of "merging" entries in that one?!

[9:31:20 AM] Benn Skender (risk2Dupside): preliminary thought, as follows:
[9:31:33 AM] Benn Skender (risk2Dupside): ftops main of 215, 5k runners, 4.5k fish
[9:32:01 AM] Benn Skender (risk2Dupside): ftops multi-entry main of 215, 5k runners, 4.5k fish buying one entry, 500 regs buying six entries
[9:33:25 AM] Benn Skender (risk2Dupside): is there a flaw in my logic?
[9:34:45 AM] Benn Skender (risk2Dupside): if that logic is correct it's also bad for backers, since ABI goes up and ROI goes down
[9:38:53 AM] Benn Skender (risk2Dupside): whereas for stuff like 11 freezeouts it's probably better

I'm playing so could be completely off the mark, just adding to the discussion

Yup you have it spot on your ROI will go down considerably and Variance sky rocket in any these tourneys that the fish wont be buying in for max entries!

Think you can still only have 16 tables at a time though so I guess game selection of what all the other pros are doing its going to come down to.

Can't see this taking over. Innovation to keep the game fresh is fantastic but sometimes the game isn't ready for it. Some will like it, others will hate it. Be interesting to see how +ev this format is for $100+ buy in tournament players over the long term. The prizepool of these new tournies will be huge.

With you Benn, this is pretty much going to kill hsmtts on FTP where only the best are making any serious coin. Hope it's just a gimmicky once a week/month type of thing rather than every single day, if so I'm gonna have to drop some stuff
