Hi Jake,

No we do not rake re-buys and add-ons in such tournaments.
Currently the Poker Zone only rakes re-buys/add-ons in Free-Entry Tournaments - the rake on the buy-in is the only fee charged in Poker Zone Tournaments that are not free to enter.

regards,

David Galpin

Looks good. Any chance you could advertise and run the 10/20 game sometime during the series?

Hi Ben,

We will be offering games on demand, tables and staff permitting.

Higher Stakes games will get priority and we will advertise specific higher stakes games.

Anyone wishing to be added to our high stakes sms data base may e-mail me their number and I will add them.

You should expect to see 5/5, 5/10 and 10/20 NLHE on the waiting list every night. I expect there to be enough demand for PLO to get up regularly also.

I think it is reasonable to expect the 10/20 to get up many nights throughout the championship.

We will make every effort to encourage high stakes play and will endeavour to provide the extended Food and Beverage services you are accustomed to receiving on the Sunday night game.

I will update you closer to the Championship.

Cheers,

David Galpin

I just got off the phone to Dave, we were discussing the Main event and he mentioned the possible structure and there was no mention of a repechage format.

I must say it is looking like a very enjoyable fixture of events there: I will be putting in for leave to play majority of events.

No, I did not ask him. I had no idea there was even the possibility of a repechage.

Hi Guys,

Yes DAY1B will be a repechage - a first for us. Not sure if we will do this often but feedback so far has been very much in favour of it.

Cheers,

Dave
