APPT Sydney - Some Details

Deb & Jason have been putting together the final touches on the APPT Sydeny schedule.

Dates are Dec 7 to 12 for main event.

Side Events start from Nov 28 and some of the features are:

- Daily $250 satellite to the numerous $1100 events - you get to pick which $1100 you want to play.


- $1100 events include the "opener with a 15k start bank, 6 handed semi shootout, NLH/PLO

- $2200 6 handed

- 15k Jarred sorry...... High Rollers Event


- Heads up 3k

What would be good would be some step like satellite's - given the buy-in is likely to be $6500 you could have $250 sats into a $800 game that is then for the ticket

Star City have run these types of satellites in previous years. Not sure of the exact buy-in amounts but it was a two phase satellite like you described.

Main Event buy-in will be AUD$6,300.

Without actually checking the other close AAPT's, can I request the Pokerstars sats start as early as possible (the real sats, not those horrid bank roll killing $22r hyper crap shoot things). Looking forward to this event.

I would love to see this! Or every 2nd night; or alternate night after night - I would love to see more of the FOs.

However, can we PLEASE NOT RUN THEM ON SUNDAY NIGHTS WE HAVE TO GET UP EARLY ON MONDAY MORNINGS!
