I don't think any of them were going to physically appear in court, hence the video link ups which were due to take place between 12 and 1 yesterday.

I did overhear a lawyer say that Darren Hughes needed more time, and his committal mention has been held back to next week (Case# B10196419).

Robert also seems to have had his case pushed back a week (Case# B10196383).

David doesn't have to appear next week. I did notice that of the three, he didn't seem to have representation. Maybe he's been pushed back indefinitely?

Last i heard, presiding judge Zsolt Kenyeres deferred the case indefinitely...
