After being so big last year, online poker room PKR.com has announced the return of Springfest. Kicking off on March 14 this fantastic series is just around the corner. Two weeks of action with over $360,000 in guaranteed prizes makes this a must for any online poker player and to top it all off there is also a World Series package to be won!
With 18 events there will be something that appeals to everyone regardless of their bankroll! Poker players have the chance to test their skills in a whole variety of tournaments. It doesn’t matter if you prefer Texas Hold’em or Omaha, bounties or rebuys, terminators or double chance tournaments. The Springfest has all types with massive prize pools there for the taking!
To add to all of this the Springfest features the $100,000 PKR Masters and $50,000 Sunday Classic, and the Tournament of Champions boasts a $12,500 WSOP Main Event package. Your chance to join poker immortality! Make sure you tell your friends to watch as the final tables of premium events will be televised on PKR.tv.
There is no doubt that the PKR Springfest will be a huge carnival of poker. Just ask Cardroom Manager Neil Wright “Our festivals keep getting bigger and better and Springfest ‘09 is no exception. It’s still extremely accessible for everyone and now we’ve also doubled the duration of the series and added lots more in prizes, making this an event not to be missed.”
Either buy-in direct or satellite into the biggest Springfest events today with qualifying opportunities already up and running in the PKR.com tournament lobby.
Also don’t forget about the brand new Saturday ‘Big Shot’ Tournament now exclusively to PKR. The online world’s largest buy in event on a Saturday night sees a $500 (+$30) buy in, $10k start stacks and 20 minute blinds making it a must play for any serious online poker tournament pro!
