Getting kinda late here so I'm gunna gripe and run...(lol)
FT'ed the 50 cubed and got 5th for $1800, that pretty much set the day up to be at least breakeven, happy days.
Was absolutely raping the late Stars 10r, super soft table, then got AA in against KK to have 115bb with 35 left, and got four card flushed. I just feel like when I get in that spot and win, I make the final table in a tourney like this maybe as high as 90% of the time..and it's 10k for first so it's worth the extra hours for. Anyway I still have some chips, but I go super card dead on a table full of aggro droolers, patiently wait to steal, reshove etc... keep my head in it then lose AJ < AK SB vs BTN to bust 14th after playing for 14 hours.
Not gonna play this weekend, I've pretty much done a full two weeks straight including the Vic Champs event and feel really exhausted. The plan is to watch the Pies game with Berky at the MCG on Saturday night, then beers with a mate at Little Creatures for late Sunday breakfast, and a roast with one of Mell's friends Sunday night.
