News has hit the airwaves that ex-PokerNews presenter Tiffany Michelle has renewed her contract with Ultimate Betfor one more year. Michelle rose to prominence as a player at the 2008 World Series of Poker Main Event when she was the "last woman standing” – a title which she has been able to ride for at least another year, despite the fact that her poker tournament earnings since that deep run have totalled two cashes for a less-than-flattering US$16,763.
"I'm happy to be signing on for another year with Ultimate Bet and I'm eager to get back to playing in live tournaments and exclusively at their online poker tables," Michelle said. "The corporate team at UB has been so welcoming and supportive, and I'm thrilled to be working with them. I can't wait for the exciting things in store for us."
However Michelle has more to offer the Ultimate Bet brand than just her performance on the felt, as proven by the now confirmed rumours that she, alongside fellow poker pro Maria Ho, will be appearing on the newest series of the TV show The Amazing Race.
Both Michelle and Ho were noticeably absent from this year’s WSOP Main Event and were photographed leaving LAX airport around the same time, in what was believed to be the start of the “race”.
While merely speculation at the time, the news has now been confirmed on The Amazing Race website, where bios and a pre-race video interview are available for public viewing, before the show premieres in the US on September 27th.
If you want a little more of Tiffany Michelle then download Ultimate Bet and jump onto the tables where you can play against “Tiffany M”.
