I think this is the guy who finished 2nd to Chris Kittos in that tournament that was filmed at the PokerDome. Featured commentary from one infamous PNW'er!

Correction - he finished 7th

At the end of the day however the small differences of accounts on how the hand went down, the ruling is incorrect. The hand is never EVER a muck... We have no poker players alliance / union that can mediate such a matter and the point that I'd like to make is that if this can happen to Jacky it can happen to you too! As per my blog just posted, I spoke to NPL SA (given I am SA Based) about it and their comment of "it's not as bad as it's been made out to be" nonchalant approach is just not acceptable... Obv in the eyes of NPL we are just bums on seats and they are a rule unto themselves... In the words of Eric Cartman "I'll kill my own mother - wateva!"... And what can we do about it as players? Nothing? Well actually, 'YES WE CAN'... There are plenty of other providers where we can play! If NPL don't wanna come to the party and admit their guilt and offer appropriate compensation to the player!
