2010 not only brings a new decade, but a new way forward for online gaming site 888Poker.
Today 888Poker conducted a celebrity Team 888Poker press conference with Shane Warne, Leo Margets, Jeff Fenech and the newest 888Poker recruit Dimitri Mascarenhas of English cricketing fame. The purpose of the press conference was for 888Poker to announce their new direction, new look and exciting new developments that include an ‘all-access’ website – 888BehindTheScenes.
Held at the Crown Casino prior to Day 1b of the Aussie Millions Main Event, it was the ideal opportunity for the announcement as well as to generate some thoughts from celebrity Team 888Poker.
The conference wasn’t all business however as Shane Warne announced a friendly wager between himself and first-time celebrity member of the Aussie Millions 888Poker team Andy Lee of “Hamish and Andy” fame. Although the terms and conditions of the friendly bet are still to be decided, Warne is currently waiting for a counter-offer from Lee.
888Poker has redefined its outlook on poker for the future by actively promoting the site as what it is; a safe, social and fun way to play the game as an individual or with friends.
One of the new features is the 888BehindTheScenes website which provides backstage access at the click of a button as hosted by 888Poker’s official Behind the Scenes interviewer, model and television presenter Annette Melton.
