Back into the swing
So I've played a few days of online poker since being home and the fields are just so much softer, having randoms from Ukraine and Kazakhstan floating about more often really makes a huge difference. I had a good day today with a 2nd in the $44 turbo for 1.2k before winning the Big $109 on Stars for 13k, the only disappointing part of the day was busting 16th and 12th in the Stars and FTP 100r's respectively. I will be grinding pretty hard over the next few weeks leading up to SCOOP to try and make a lot of money before something changes this current climate.

When Will it End
ANZPT Sydney is now over for another year for myself, and it leads to what will obviously be a very strange time for poker in general due to the indictment of the 3 biggest poker sites. Obviously everyone who wants to read about that has read about it so I won't go on too much, just to say that it will probably be a few very good weeks to grind in somewhat softer fields before the top American players find ways around this current ban.

Hey Sydney, cool story!
Hey guys, been awhile between drinks in the blogging world so I thought now is a good a time as ever to post some updates. Not much really happening in the online world of poker for myself, just grinding away into the big black hole that is variance. I'm currently in Sydney for the ANZPT and the side events running around the main event, at this point in time I have played 4 events and am currently 0/4.

Home, Stalling and exit rows.
I've been home for a few days, which is a bit of a relief just due to the disgusting state of our house in Adelaide. It was seriously putrid, which is probably to be expected when 6 young males get together in a house that they don't own but by the time we left I think we had it up to scratch (well good enough to get the bond back anyway).

Adelaide Day 1b; Checking in, Stacking off
It's currently midnight here in Adelaide and I have just got home from a night out for dinner and laughing at boys stacking off real hard on pokies down at the beach at Brighton. I played Day 1B today and got knocked out with 4 hands left in they day which was quite disappointing, I wasn't overly disappointed with how I played but then on the other hand I did some seriously dumb shit which cost me chips. The house itself we are staying in is quite nice and only a block from the beach so it's in a great location with lots of nice places to visit close by.
